The design honors traditional materials such as, limestone, cast stone, slate, and forged iron are used authentically throughout, ensuring the structure's timeless character is preserved.

The residence’s layout and detailing reflect classical château architecture, with carefully considered proportions and refined exterior ornamentation. An elegant auto court provides a dignified approach, leading to a versatile future-finished flex space positioned above, seamlessly integrated into the overall composition. Exterior details including cast window casings, wrought iron balconies, and decorative mouldings are meticulously crafted to echo historic craftsmanship while accommodating modern needs.

The landscape design features formal gardens with tiered staircases that enhance the sense of arrival and grandeur. Architectural enhancements to balconies and terraces further elevate the aesthetic, creating harmonious transitions between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Throughout, the project exemplifies a thoughtful dialogue between antiquity and modernity, resulting in a residence that honors its inspiration while offering the comforts and amenities of today’s sophisticated lifestyle.
