As a firm that believes every building should get a second chance, this project almost changed that motto. Faulty construction methods from years ago encouraged moisture infiltration and almost made this building a complete loss. A diligent effort to remove and replace all of the damage materials while beautifying the building was the architect’s recommendation.

As a realty office, the building has to instill confidence and success. The beautification process involved a new blend of materials and architectural details. The result was a unique and highly recognizable building for the realtors and clientele.
