As a founding member of the firm, Phil has been a driving force behind our direction and success. With a Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University (2002) and a unique background spanning architecture, realty, and construction management, Phil developed the distinct "turnkey" experience that our clients rely on today. His ability to anticipate the needs of developers and homeowners alike set a standard of service that became the firm's benchmark.

Phil’s dedication to his clients has always been rooted in his character as a dedicated family man. “Family is very important to me,” Phil says. “It defines my values, who I am, and how I lead my life.”

Currently, Phil is courageously battling ALS. Consistent with his values, he is prioritizing the time spent with his family which he notes "…keeps him grounded and appreciative of every day…” and has transitioned to the role of Partner Emeritus. While he has stepped back from day to day project management, his professional legacy and his philosophy of personal, dedicated attention continue to guide our firm.
