Chadd began his career working in construction for a regional builder. His appreciation of the tradesmen and the process in which they complete a project enables him to convey concepts clearly. By working in the production department of the firm, he brings his own “hands-on” experience making him a real asset to the team.

Chadd enjoys spending time with family, friends and working on his car. He also likes soccer, hunting, pole vaulting and riding his dirt bike.
